Let’s put it clearly! You need this coat for the upcoming Holiday season. It screams Holidays, Christmas, snow and adorable! The red and black plaid print has become popular again as you can spot a lot of red and black plaid shirts or shirt dresses in the stores now. But a coat in this print is a rarity so it will definitely make you stand out. The coat is not padded or anything, but surprisingly is very warm. I also love the hood at the back and the big pockets in front that make this coat so fresh, youthful and modern. It’s also very well made and of the highest quality – looks and feels like it’s very expensive! I recommend it 100%!
With this coat, I chose to wear black everything else, so I’m wearing a black oversized sweater (a purchase from last year), black leggings and boots that you might remember from my previous outfit post. I swear I adore these boots and I’ve been wearing them ever since I purchased them.
My red accents are the cross body bag and the hat, which make this outfit even brighter. I have to say I love this outfit a lot. It is also very versatile as you can wear a red sweater underneath, for example, or choose a black hat and bag if you would prefer. Anything black or red will go great with this amazing coat.
I haven’t done any Instagram roundups for a while now, so this one gathers some looks from September and October. Some of these pieces are already sold out or you can get the same ones just in a different print or color. Or, how about this Coat that came back this year with a small update but it still looks almost identical to the one from last year. If you don’t follow me on Instagram yet (@glamorandgloss), I highly recommend it since I post new outfits almost daily on there, unlike here on the blog. Also, as a reminder, you can find all my Instagram pictures on my Instagram Shop page on this blog! I’m trying to make it easy for you so that you don’t miss any of the outfits I post. Happy shopping!
Another showstopper piece of clothing that I’m happy to have in my closet. This beautiful black, beige and blue cardigan is absolutely breathtaking and so modern. I love its bohemian feel and tribal print, but it’s also so elegant and sophisticated at the same time. Its asymmetric looks makes it seem like a poncho from the front, but it’s shorter in the back. It’s definitely my favorite cardigan this fall.
I paired it up with a black turtleneck sweater, black velvet leggings and a pair of black boots. The black sweater is from last year but I’m sure you can easily find a black sweater in your closet to recreate this look. The velvet leggings, let me tell you, are the best and so trendy nowadays as velvet, as you know, is everywhere now. I love how soft they are and there overall look. Did I mention they are only $8?
The ankle boots are also a great buy! Very comfortable and well made. I usually wear size 7.5, but because they don’t have halves I decided to go a size up and got them in size 8 and they fit perfectly! They also come in brown! I love how they add an edge to this whole look.
Remember the bag I put on My Latest Purchases (post here)? Here it is! It’s a nice beige color that will go with many outfits. For example, my look today! It blends in nicely with the beige shade of the cardigan. I also love the two-tone strap of the bag. It’s a really nice cross body bag and you can also get it in three other colors.
A color can change a popular cargo jacket into something fresh and new. I have received many compliments on this pink jacket (which is normally found in green), just because of its color that makes a huge difference. I’ve been obsessed with pink lately and I wanted to transition pieces that come in this color from summer to fall. So there you go, I got myself a pink cargo jacket, a pink suede pair of boots and a matching pink suede cross body bag. I can wear these pieces throughout fall changing other pieces from skirts to leggings, etc. Also, the jacket is under $25 and you can still get it in stores.
This time, I opted for a pair of dark blue jeans and a pink sweater. I also added this floral pink and blue scarf that complimented the whole look perfectly. Such a lighter version from the green one you usually see on the street. Are you embracing pink this fall too?
I fell in love with this burgundy floral corduroy top the first time I saw it and thought immediately that I needed to have it. The color palette – burgundy and mustard yellow – are perfect for Fall, plus, since the top is made of corduroy fabric, it’s nice and soft too. I’m wearing it here with my dark denim jeans, but I would also pair it with nice beige colored pants (similar to the color of the flats I’m wearing), as it would look equally nice. It’s such a nice casual and comfortable look and perfect for the Fall scenery.
I didn’t need to wear my scarf as it got warm as the day progressed, so I just made a nice ribbon of it and attached it to my purse. Just a fun way to add to your look.
You might already remember the crossbody bag I’m wearing as I posted about it several times (check herehere and here)! It’s currently on sale (an absolute steal in my mind!) right now for more than 60% off and they also came out with new colors! It’s one of my favorite bags!
Disclaimer: Even though the blouse appears to be two different colors, it’s not. Some of the pictures were taken in the sun, while others were in the shade. The brightness of the sun make the blouse appear lighter (more red). The shade pictures show the true color of the blouse.
What a perfect denim coat for Fall! I can’t say enough good things about this coat. First of all, how often do you see a long jean jacket in a store? These coats are difficult to find and mostly everything available is the short denim jackets. This one has a perfect length so it easily mimics a rain coat or any lightweight coat for Fall. I wore it today along with a pair of green rain boots since it was raining all day but you can easily wear it with a pair of ankle booties or boots.
This black and white striped sweater I’m wearing has these red sleeves that you can see were sticking out of the coat, which in my opinion, added a nice pop of color to the whole outfit. The leggings are also denim and with the navy cross body bag, they were a perfect match to the color of the jacket.
I’m in love with this waterfall collar suede coat! It’s lightweight and fits great and it’s just what you need to add to any fall outfit. If you’re wearing jeans, leggings, a dress or a skirt, this suede coat will complement any look. The color will go with any color palette so you will always coordinate with whatever else you’re wearing. Also, this coat is a steal for only $19!
I paired it with brown leggings, and a brown long sleeve tee that comes in 9 additional colors, and my new pair of beige booties. They are very comfortable and the details on the side are really cool too. I can’t find the same color online though, but I linked the store where I got them from, so you can always check if they are still available there, which I know they are. For now, you can get them in black and brown online.
This brown cross body bag I got a while back will never go out of style and when Fall comes I wear it with almost every outfit.
This West 57th Crossbody Hobo I purchased in this fun black and burgundy pattern is back with new colors and designs! Remember how I told you about it in the West 57th Crossbody Hobo Is Back post back in October last year, and how I was looking forward to seeing new colors and designs of this very popular bag in the future? Well, the time has come now and this stunner has been updated quite a bit. Now you can get it in an array of colors and some really cool designs. There are a lot of new accents added to the original version as well, like the magnetic closure or the studded belt, which make this bag even edgier and cooler than before. I absolutely love it in Port but the Black one isn’t that bad either. Decisions, decisions. Make sure to click here for all the options available right now.
In collaboration with Rebecca Minkoff, Stella & Dot just launched a brand new jewelry collection that is definitely a must see. The collection features beautifully designed and handcrafted in New York City pieces that you will surely want to have in your accessory collection. The collection consists of chokers, chandelier earrings and statement bracelets and necklaces.
Above, you can check three of my favorite pieces from the entire collection. I picked the Pixie Chandeliers for their beauty and uniqueness. These are show stoppers for sure. How beautiful are their colors? They can be easily complimented with the Prisma Statement Bracelet as they feature similar color palette. I’m absolutely in love with this one. Last but not least, the Celestial Ear Climbers can be worn every day and regardless of their simplicity, they will definitely draw attention as well. Make sure to check the entire collection.
Fall dresses are my favorite, especially the burgundy ones. This one is pretty warm but it’s sleeveless so it’s perfect for pairing up with a cardigan on a cool Fall day. This particular color is sold out and I believe you can still get the same dress in grey, but there are so many burgundy dresses similar to this one, that you can easily recreate this look with any other burgundy dress.
I’m wearing this dress with a burgundy asymmetrical and very lightweight cardigan that I purchased last year but any other cardigan will do as well. My shoes are still sandals because it’s not that cold outside yet.
For accessories, I opted for a pair of burgundy stud earrings (for $5!) and a burgundy bracelet (now 50 % off), so yes, it’s a very burgundy look.
