Today I’m sharing an adorable little burgundy/wine turtleneck dress that is perfect for a casual day out, a date night or even a Christmas party. I love its ribbed details that you can see around the neck, on the bottom of the sleeves and the bottom of the dress. They add that little special something to an otherwise simple sweater dress.
I paired this dress up with a black bomber jacket that I actually got last year, a pair of black boots and a black cross body bag. You can’t go wrong with the black and red color combo, plus it adds that chic and sophisticated feel to an outfit.
For a date night, or a Christmas party, you could wear heels with this dress and, for example, a nice fur jacket or a long black or red coat. For a casual look, anything will do.
In love with my new coat! It’s made of tweed so it is very warm, which is perfect for cold days! I absolutely love its black collar and the long sleeve detail which makes the coat so trendy, sophisticated and cool. It’s a little bit oversized on me, but with the heavy sweater underneath, it works out just fine. Totally recommend it!
I paired it up with my tweed skirt, similar to the color of the coat, just a bit lighter. I also linked the sweater I wore underneath, even though I don’t show it in the pictures. I chose red for tights and the bag over the black to make the outfit pop more and for the overall fun look.
Also, I wear this pair of boots everywhere. They are so comfortable and really the best buy! They also come in brown if you prefer.
Another showstopper piece of clothing that I’m happy to have in my closet. This beautiful black, beige and blue cardigan is absolutely breathtaking and so modern. I love its bohemian feel and tribal print, but it’s also so elegant and sophisticated at the same time. Its asymmetric looks makes it seem like a poncho from the front, but it’s shorter in the back. It’s definitely my favorite cardigan this fall.
I paired it up with a black turtleneck sweater, black velvet leggings and a pair of black boots. The black sweater is from last year but I’m sure you can easily find a black sweater in your closet to recreate this look. The velvet leggings, let me tell you, are the best and so trendy nowadays as velvet, as you know, is everywhere now. I love how soft they are and there overall look. Did I mention they are only $8?
The ankle boots are also a great buy! Very comfortable and well made. I usually wear size 7.5, but because they don’t have halves I decided to go a size up and got them in size 8 and they fit perfectly! They also come in brown! I love how they add an edge to this whole look.
Remember the bag I put on My Latest Purchases (post here)? Here it is! It’s a nice beige color that will go with many outfits. For example, my look today! It blends in nicely with the beige shade of the cardigan. I also love the two-tone strap of the bag. It’s a really nice cross body bag and you can also get it in three other colors.
A color can change a popular cargo jacket into something fresh and new. I have received many compliments on this pink jacket (which is normally found in green), just because of its color that makes a huge difference. I’ve been obsessed with pink lately and I wanted to transition pieces that come in this color from summer to fall. So there you go, I got myself a pink cargo jacket, a pink suede pair of boots and a matching pink suede cross body bag. I can wear these pieces throughout fall changing other pieces from skirts to leggings, etc. Also, the jacket is under $25 and you can still get it in stores.
This time, I opted for a pair of dark blue jeans and a pink sweater. I also added this floral pink and blue scarf that complimented the whole look perfectly. Such a lighter version from the green one you usually see on the street. Are you embracing pink this fall too?
I fell in love with this burgundy floral corduroy top the first time I saw it and thought immediately that I needed to have it. The color palette – burgundy and mustard yellow – are perfect for Fall, plus, since the top is made of corduroy fabric, it’s nice and soft too. I’m wearing it here with my dark denim jeans, but I would also pair it with nice beige colored pants (similar to the color of the flats I’m wearing), as it would look equally nice. It’s such a nice casual and comfortable look and perfect for the Fall scenery.
I didn’t need to wear my scarf as it got warm as the day progressed, so I just made a nice ribbon of it and attached it to my purse. Just a fun way to add to your look.
You might already remember the crossbody bag I’m wearing as I posted about it several times (check herehere and here)! It’s currently on sale (an absolute steal in my mind!) right now for more than 60% off and they also came out with new colors! It’s one of my favorite bags!
Disclaimer: Even though the blouse appears to be two different colors, it’s not. Some of the pictures were taken in the sun, while others were in the shade. The brightness of the sun make the blouse appear lighter (more red). The shade pictures show the true color of the blouse.
What a perfect denim coat for Fall! I can’t say enough good things about this coat. First of all, how often do you see a long jean jacket in a store? These coats are difficult to find and mostly everything available is the short denim jackets. This one has a perfect length so it easily mimics a rain coat or any lightweight coat for Fall. I wore it today along with a pair of green rain boots since it was raining all day but you can easily wear it with a pair of ankle booties or boots.
This black and white striped sweater I’m wearing has these red sleeves that you can see were sticking out of the coat, which in my opinion, added a nice pop of color to the whole outfit. The leggings are also denim and with the navy cross body bag, they were a perfect match to the color of the jacket.
I’m in love with this waterfall collar suede coat! It’s lightweight and fits great and it’s just what you need to add to any fall outfit. If you’re wearing jeans, leggings, a dress or a skirt, this suede coat will complement any look. The color will go with any color palette so you will always coordinate with whatever else you’re wearing. Also, this coat is a steal for only $19!
I paired it with brown leggings, and a brown long sleeve tee that comes in 9 additional colors, and my new pair of beige booties. They are very comfortable and the details on the side are really cool too. I can’t find the same color online though, but I linked the store where I got them from, so you can always check if they are still available there, which I know they are. For now, you can get them in black and brown online.
This brown cross body bag I got a while back will never go out of style and when Fall comes I wear it with almost every outfit.
This romper is the cutest thing ever! The long sleeves are perfect for transitioning to Fall as well as the shades of grey, blue and plum that you can spot on this piece. I also love its loose fit and this beautiful floral fabric is of a great quality too. You’re going to love this romper for sure!
I paired it with the bag I put on my Fall Wish List post this year. It’s an oversized brown cross body bag that I know is going to be perfect for fall and one that I will definitely need. Brown is a staple Fall color and it goes with all other Fall colors like green, burgundy, mustard and more. If you need a Fall bag for this season, this one is the one to get.
Because it’s not quite Fall yet, I opted for my brown sandals to go with this outfit, but you could easily wear this romper with brown booties as well and a nice cardigan to make it more for cooler weather.
My accessories today are a pair of blue earrings – a nice complement to the blue shade on the romper. I’m also wearing this beautiful Stella Spike Choker from Valley Rose Studio that I absolutely love. I actually got it customized per request to make it a little bit longer and it turned out really well. It gives off that boho vibe and I think it went well with this entire look.
I think this red faux leather jacket is great for the weather outside now. It’s one of those transitional jacket options. I chose mine in red as I don’t like plain colors, plus it makes you stand out from the crowd. I paired it with this little charcoal skirt, black ankle boots and this beautiful leaf scarf that actually matches the jacket.
My main accessory today was my red crossbody bag that I wear often as you can tell. Here is the latest outfit I paired it with as well.
