Black Tank Top and Shorts

Summer is not officially here yet but the weather is definitely summer like. Shorts and tank top was a fitting outfit today with temperatures in 80s. I paired this simple black tank top with these boho style shorts and my new black flats I talked about in my latest grabs post.

Side view…I like how the print on the shorts matched very closely with the design on the shoes. Matchy, matchy!

Accessories were pretty simple! Just one black bracelet and black pair of earrings.

Pale Pink Top and Baby Blue Denim – Loft Look

I really love this outfit I wore on Sunday. It was supposed to be cooler outside (low 70s), so I decided to plan an outfit that would involve pants. This pale denim pair of pants I recently got from Loft was the choice of the day and it had to be paired with something light in color, so this pale pink top was the perfect option.

I had some perfect choices, when it comes to accessories, to match this entire outfit. The pink rectangular necklace is a tone darker than the top and I love how it added that perfect little touch to this simple and clean outfit. You could really go both ways with the choice of the necklace here. You could put on a big, statement necklace, or opt for something not too showy to keep it clean and modest. In my case, I had to go with something small and simple because my statement piece in this outfit was my bracelet.

Speaking of the bracelet, there it is! There is nothing modest about it. Big, showy, fancy and sparkly. It complemented my look in a perfect way as it contained the exact colors I wore – pale pink and baby blue. Unfortunately, it’s sold out.

And I can’t stop wearing this Doutzen Nude nail polish from L’oreal. It’s nude with a light shade of lavender and if you apply just one layer, you can really wear it with any outfit. I have double layers here in this photo.

White and Blue Striped Pencil Skirt with a White Tank Top

This is the first time I decided to put on a pencil skirt, and because I wanted it to have its moment, I paired it with a simple white tank top to let the skirt take its cake! On the other hand, when you think about it, it wouldn’t go with anything other than solid white or blue top, unless you’re more of a risk taker and love to mix prints and colors.

This Coach purse is my go to bag every summer! Because I wear lots of whites, tans and, in general, light colors, all my red and black purses always go into hibernation mode and wait until cooler weather comes, when I can wear them with the darker coats I have.

I decided to put on a lighter tone of blue bracelet so it wasn’t too matchy matchy and I always have to wear either some gold or silver bracelets so I added this two-tone one (mix of gold and silver) as well. Gold goes perfectly with my necklace and silver looks good with cool white and blue.

This gold necklace is not too showy, but rather extremely elegant and classy. Regardless of if you want a more sophisticated look, or a more casual one, it goes perfectly.

Yellow Tank Top and Striped Black and White Skirt

I didn’t want to wear just a simple striped black and white skirt today, so I chose this beautiful yellow tank top that is not simple at all. Not only is it a really pretty tone of yellow, but its embroidery is absolutely stunning. Here is a better view of the tank top:

Little crinkled straps of fabric that form something that resembles little flowers. All in all, it looks really lovely and made this seemingly simple tank top to stand out.

These sandals are my go to shoes this summer, as they pretty much go with everything I put on and are very comfortable.

These gold bracelets go beautifully with the yellow tank top. They also accentuate your summer glow and make you look very classy!
